It is rare to find an instructor as qualified and prepared as you. Your presentation and inclusion of students in our group was first class. Just had to drop you a quick note to say how much I enjoyed your class- Code of Ethics – on June 11th . It was one of the best classes I have ever been to. You really got our attention by the way you incorporated current news events unrelated to real estate and tied it to The Code. It was interesting, fascinating and created a mental picture to tie back to The Code. I will never think of certain events again without also thinking of The Code!
Being forced to take the required code of ethics course, I entered as a grumpy old broker. Your presentation (which you taught as if you wrote and owned the code) was a cogent, clear and logical method of understanding the main code requirements and often mis-understood or ignored standards of practice. I believe it was the best real estate presentation I have attended in the 30 years I have been a broker in Arizona.
